A lot has been going on and I haven’t had a chance to update. Here are some of the highlights.
My original TV pilot WEEKI WACHEE has received several accolades:
Official Selection for the Chicago Screenplay Awards, Official Selection for the Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards, Semi-Finalist for the Cinequest Screenwriting Competition, Semi-Finalist for the Filmmatic TV Pilot Awards, Quarter-Finalist for the Santa Barbara International Screenplay Awards and Finalist for the London International Screenwriting Competition.
My short film THE YELLOW SPONGE IS THE DISH SPONGE is still on the festival circuit and doing great.

Well things are getting spicy over here. We just picked up the GRAND PRIZE: Best LGBTQ+ Film at the Rhode Island Film Festival, we have been accepted into the Vancouver Queer Film Festival and next week we screen at SIDEWALK! Let’s go Yellow Sponge!

AIN’T IT THOUGH begins shooting in Palm Springs, Los Angeles and Ojai in May 2022. This indie experimental feature is written by Daniel Talbott, Oliver Palmer, Amy Berryman, Addie Johnson Talbott, Samantha Soule, Ren Dara Santiago and myself. So excited for this shoot!
